Emergency Escalation Request: Total Service Outage & Delayed Appointment

Hello Xfinity Support Team,

I am writing to request an emergency escalation for my account. My internet service is completely offline, and the earliest appointment available through the automated system is delayed far too long. Because I rely on this connection for my livelihood, a prolonged total outage is creating a severe issue.

Could a regional dispatch supervisor please perform a manual calendar review for my service area to secure an expedited or emergency standby slot?

Here are my account details for verification:

<Edited: Personal Information>

  • Current Scheduled Appointment: August 12 at 5:00-7:00

I tried to escalate over the customer service line today, but I am not sure the representative was able to do that.

Thank you for your prompt assistance in getting my home back online.
