Emails missing

On my iPad and iPhone all my emails before 3/23/25 are missing.  I contacted Apple and they said the problem is with Xfinity.  I’ve used the chat feature on Xfinity to no avail.  How do I retrieve these emails and why were they deleted.   I’ve looked through all my folder, spam, trash, send, etc and they’re nowhere.  Any help appreciated.

Let me know if it shows your email address being listed as active or inactive by following the steps here at XFINITY Email account status.

Thank you for confirming, bralji. Please send us a direct message for further troubleshooting if you are still not seeing your emails come through after logging in directly at our webpage email link provided by @Again. 
To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
