Emails Gone

My emails going back to 2023 have disappeared. They are very important for business. Please restore them to my email at [Edited: Personal information]

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_oj3bku! I know I myself have years of important emails saved in my inbox. I completely understand how important it is to recover these emails.  For troubleshooting purposes, please:

  1. Sign in to Xfinity Email using our Connect site.
  2. Right-click on the Trash folder or click on the More Actions icon (three lines) next to the trash folder.
  3. Select Recover Deleted Items.
  4. Select the messages you want to restore and then click Move Selected Items.
  5. Select the appropriate destination folder and click OK or Move.

 

Please let us know if this helps find the missing emails.

I tried that but these were emails going back to 2023. Something with xfinity made them disappear.

Thanks for trying those steps, have you tried different browsers when logging into your account to ensure your settings did not automatically delete the messages from the server. Also has it been more than 30 days since you've noticed those emails have been missing?

Yes it has been more than 30 days when I noticed the emails where gone.

Thanks for clarifying, You will have 30 days to recover deleted emails before they become permanently unavailable https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/recover-deleted-email so being that it's more than 30 days those emails are no longer going to be recoverable
