@XfinityThomasA Thank you. I have checked and I have no filters set up. Yesterday I was victim to the fake invitation email going around. It was unfortunate coincidence that I was waiting for an invite from the person that claimed to be sending. Could this be the reason? My settings are all in the correct place on my laptop and iPhone but all unread messages are still going direct to trash.

I'm not sure how something like that could impact your mail settings, unless someone was able to gain unauthorized access to your account. If that's the case, you should definitely change your password right away and submit a report to our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) Team by visiting https://spa.xfinity.com.

Fake invite circulating from actual evite company called Punchbowl. I was actually expecting an invite from supposed sender..an unfortunate coincidence. I clicked to open and added my email and password. Yesterday my entire address book got an invite. I changed my password and I have no filters in place so I can’t figure out why my new unread email goes immediately to trash.
I had also gotten an invitation that was a scam from someone I knew and that was when my emails started going to trash. I just worked with Apple and on my iPad, had to delete the Comcast email account in settings and then add it back. My emails are going back into inbox.
I can definitely understand why that would be frustrating, @user_8hpyam. Have you already been in contact with our CSA Team about this?
