Emails are never answered.
I need a new Box (according to your rep). My emails are never answered. I suspect the reason is you want to keep billing me while you save money by not sending me a new Box. I will SUE for the time my box is not working properly and you continue to bill me. The chat never works because it does not understand what 'I need a new box' means. I know they want me to call so they can bill me for not using the chat. I will SUE for the time my box is not working properly and you continue to bill me.

Why not tell me how to request a new box? CHAT never understand what 'I need a new box' means.
Do you want me to call so I can be charged money for a phone call.

Comcast doesn't charge customers for calling.
