emails about overdue payment
I am on autopay and about the time I get a message about the payment being received I get a message about a late payment. A history of lat
e payments is not good. Please sort this out. Payments should NEVER be late if I'm using autopay. I can't get your chatbot to understand this and I'm not getting anynhelp for this.
