@sunfire31 Thanks for adding a post. As of June 2024, Xfinity customers are not able to create new Xfinity Email (comcast.net) accounts. We recommend creating a Yahoo email account. You can still create additional Xfinity Profiles/Usernames so your loved ones benefit from your service.
