Hello @LillyAnn, Thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave a post. I hope you are having a great day. I can see how frustrating this may be not being able to use your email. I would be glad to look further into your concern. When you get the error message are you on our site accessing your Comcast email, or are you using a third-party email client?
