I have had an xfinity email for many years. Today I tried to check my emails and they won't come up on either my phone or laptop.

user_aq2csh Thanks for reaching out about your email concern. When you say they won't come up do you mean they won't load at all, or you are running into an error when logging in?

Same problem here. Trying to access email for past three hours. Log in and screen says "Welcome to Xfinity email. We are now loading your email."  But then it returns to the previous (Discovery Hub) screen without loading email. Have tried repeatedly and same thing occurs each time.

@AlWar Have you tried another web browser or cleared your browser's cache and cookies and still in the login loop?

Yes, I cleared the cache and cookies and also tried another browser. Still having the same issues.

Thank you for jumping through those hoops for us. I am now showing a reported issue with the Comcast email login looping you back to the Discovery page. We do not have a temporary solution outlined yet. With our fix teams engaged, we should have it functioning normally again in a few hours.

I've tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge, cleared everything possible, signed out and back in.

Nothing is working.

In the meantime, if you can use a third-party email client we have gotten positive feedback that it is a viable workaround while we work on fixing the email issue on our site.
