Email - Virtual Prepaid Mastercard

<span;>I'm a new Comcast customer. Yesterday I received an email from Xfinity (<span;>yourcard@incentivetracker.xfinity.com)
<span;>saying that my "Virtual Prepaid Mastercard has arrived". I think I vaguely remember an incentive like that being mentioned when I signed up a few months ago. But, I am trying to get in contact with a representative from Comcast to verify that the email is genuine before I click any links.

Good morning user_fvgwq7! Thanks for much for reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I completely understand your hesitation in clicking any links in emails or even in texts nowadays. According to our documents that is a valid email address. However, the best way to sort something like this out would be to visit a known resource without clicking a link in the email. For instance, I searched Xfinity incentive tracker and located an excellent xfinity.com/support article regarding the tracker and a valid link to the site. 
As long as the website is a known site you are safe. To make it simpler go to xfinity.com and from out site you can click on the magnifying glass at the top right and enter a search for incentive and that will give you results for our reward center program and FAQ's for our prepaid cards. 
Did you make a change to your account within the past 2 months or add a new service? If so, the reward is probably related to those account changes.
