Email times out on all devices, all methods

Getting  email connection timeouts when trying to access email (https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite, Via App, Via Outlook) using computer, iPhone (both on wifi and cellular). This was working on all my devices both wifi and cellular connections and now timesout. This is not a configuration issue on my side as was previously working on these devices. Like I said isn’t even working when trying to access via comcast.com (connect.xfinity.com) and when connected via cellular (not on wifi)

@XfinityMarcus​ xfinity email consistently says "connection timed out. usually it takes 3 or 4 attempts before getting my email.. This has been going on for years. Gateway wifi strong wifi signal. connected to Gateway by cable.  It happens on all computers but not on Apple i phone  T

@user_4wzlr0 Thank you for making us aware that you're having this connection error message via Forums. How often do you log into your email directly on our website? The reason I ask is that you should be logging in directly from our website once every 9 months.

Somewhere around 2:15 or 2:30 EST today.

It came back online a few hours later.
