Email saying "we have received your cancellation request email" I didn't cancel.

Recieved an email stating that Comcast has recieved a cancellation request. I did NOT request this. It says today (July 27th) is my last day of service and I've had no luck in contacting Xfinity thru phone or chat.  I really need my internet for work and school! Is there any way to cancel the cancellation request?
