Hi there @user_75trq8! You did exactly the right thing by staying alert! Authentic Xfinity emails will always show our official Verified Email logo directly in your web portal inbox. Please do not click any links or buttons in that message. Xfinity will never ask for your password, personal info, or payment details through an unsolicited email. Official Xfinity emails will never come from a free, public domain like @outllook.com.

What is phishing?
What does the Xfinity logo next to an email message mean?
