Email not working
I use Outlook on my laptop and phone. Earlier today I started getting a popup asking for my username and password. Entered that info and it wouldn't connect. I'm completely without email and can't get a human being on the phone at Xfinity.

Good afternoon MrWeebles. I absolutely understand the importance of being able to access your email. You have reached the right team, and I will be happy to look into this further. Have you attempted to check your mail directly through the Xfinity website? Are you able to log in there, currently? If you haven't already I would advise deleting your account from both the application on the phone, and the computer; and logging back into it fresh.
