Email not provisioned for primary user account
Is there anyone who can help with an email provisioning issue on my account? The primary user's email address is not functional, and it is impossible to open the inbox. When I click the "check email" button on the Xfiinty homepage, it shows a loading screen for a couple seconds and then returns to my.xfinity.com. Other sub-users on this account have no trouble with their email.
I tried chatting with an online agent, but they did not know how to fix the problem.

Hello @Mettaton, thanks for reaching out for help on our forums! You've reached the right team of experts, and we can certainly assist with your email concern. Are you able to log into our website or app with the same email or are you receiving the same error? Also, please make sure to delete cache and cookies in your browser history as well to resolve this issue.

I have no issues logging into the website for billing and account management. The email address is the only problem with the account.
I have tried Chrome, Edge, and Firefox web browsers, and I've also tried accessing email via the Xfinity app. The behavior is identical in every case - it shows a loading screen briefly and then kicks back out to my.xfinity.com
