email not loading

My email has not loaded since Aug 8th. Yes, I have done everything suggested in prior conversations and tried the virtual assistant which was useless. I can send but not receive. Can an assistant help please

Are you experiencing this issue on a specific device, or is it happening across multiple devices?


Are you accessing your email through a web browser, an app, or an email client (like Outlook or Apple Mail)?


Have you noticed any error messages when trying to receive emails?

Thanks, Vianney - Both mobile device and laptop are unable. I signed out and back in to no avail. Used MS Edge as well as Chrome with same result. No error messages...when I hit refresh, it just shows inbox with no new messages. Nothing in spam and filters have not been changed.
