email migration

Hello! Have you sent me the email offering the yahoo terms to accept? I do not believe I have received it, but I want to ensure I do not lose my email files and can keep my address. I saw other people ask, and they were told to send a direct message, but there is no DM message option in the top right, nor did I opt out. Please let me know what to do. Thanks!

Good afternoon @S1643! I also have important email files that I wouldn’t want to lose. We have a dedicated article regarding the Xfinity Email move to Yahoo Mail here.

This transition started June 2025 and will happen in phases through 2026. I noticed I received an email mentioning these changes in August but have not received the follow-up email to accept the terms and begin the transition. Once the Yahoo terms of service are made available to you, you will have 120 days to accept them and move to the Yahoo Mail platform.

with so much SPAM around XFINITY and COMCAST in my mail box, how will I know this is a legitimate email and what can I do if I missed seeing it?  how to know if I've been sent one?
