email lockout

so i been trying to get my old email back it soft lock do to an old phone number and this email has a lot of important doc and profiles. I been trying to get a real person but only get the bot that block my number after i try to many times its a old hotmail account please help.

Hello cookie233, thank you for coming to our Forum for help with your email issues. To make sure we're on the same page I do have some clarifying questions. Have you logged into your Xfinity email on the Xfinity site within the last 12-months? If so, are you accessing your emails through the site or a 3rd party email client?

i tried to log in to it and it send the ver code to my old phone number ending on 2008 the email im trying to get on is [Edit: Personal Information] it link to my [Edit: Personal Information] witch is also block do to same reason old phone number.

cookie233, I can only help you accessing Xfinity/Comcast emails. Do you have an active account with us? Are you able to log into the Xfinity website at all? If not, we can try taking a step back to get that resolved first. However, if you haven't signed into your Xfinity email account on our site directly within the last 12-months, then the email was most likely deleted and your emails won't be recoverable. You can reacvitate the email, which I can help with as well.
