Email going into Trash box & not Inbox
Hi
My Comcast email goes directly into the Trash instead of Inbox. I am no longer a Comcast subscriber but I still use Comcast email. I've been able to get to the Filter rules but I have no idea as to what to put in the boxes . Can you please give me instructions on how to fix this. I've checked everything & nothing else is wrong. I can only read my Comcast email in the Trash folder. I have not gotten the email to move to Google yet from computer either. Thank You for any help
