Email from valottery.com is being sent to me, confirmed by them. But I am not receiving any of their emails.

Reliford Thanks for reaching out! You might want to try clearing your cache, and cookies for your web browser. Then access your Comcast.net email directly from the web portal. https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/
 
If you are still not seeing the email in the inbox, check all folders including the Spam folder.
