Hello @user_ojt4jw, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you are having issues receiving emails. Are you using a third party email client to receive your emails or are you going to the Xfinity website to access your Xfinity email?

@user_ojt4jw, Have you had a chance to check your spam or trash folders? Also, do you currently have any filters or forwarding settings enabled that might be affecting the delivery of your emails?
