Email Delete function no longer works

Email delete function no longer works. I am using only 32% of the email app's 10G capacity.

Hello @user_od5x24, Thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave a post. I hope you are having a wonderful day. I understand you are having issues with the automatic deletion in your email. Are you using a third-party email client to access your emails, or are you going to the Xfinity site to check your emails?  When did you notice the emails stopped deleting automatically? The email deletion settings in your Xfinity email are set to automatically delete flagged spam after 7 days and trash after 14 days. You can go here to manage email deletion settings, and over time, if you have emails with large attachments that can cause you to use up your storage.
