Good afternoon, my personal email was showing as comprised and xfinity requested that I reset my password. However the only backup email I could use to do it was a college email that is no longer in service. I need my password reset, I tried calling the phone number given for assistance but the email that I need reset is not the same email as I have attached to my home internet which is what the automated phone call brings up. Personal email that I need reset [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Thank you for any assistance. 

Just create a GMail account for a backup email.
