On August 7th I put in to switch from AT&T. To x.finity i did not get the 25% off promotion they advertise on TV . Also I have had 3 appointments canceled without a reason why by technician or a call from technician, all they did was retake security order and I also was supposed to get 2 streaming boxes. One that I rent and pay for the other falsely advertising to tell me they will give me for free for switching over. It was all live. I still have not received any of my orders. And now they want me to wait until next month. To be installed for another security system appointment. But no one is fixing my outages every night between 1 AM and 3 AM. For my internet service, it's just been a complete nightmare..

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
