Email billing messages

Hello,

I just recieved for the second month an email that is telling me that I have a late payment.  The crazy part is that my bill is not late and is set up with automatic payments.  

How do I proceed in communicating to the correct source to get these to stop.  It is distressing to think that a bill has not been paid.  It also takes time to check to make sure all is well.

If you're not checking your billing statement monthly, you should be; actually it's your responsibility to do so.  You can find a copy of your bill in PDF form in My Account.  Looking those over might tell you why you have a late payment.
