Hey there, @StarrLight_! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I completely understand the concerns with needing access to your emails. How are you attempting to access the email? Did you receive communication that the email was going to be deleted? Are you receiving an error when attempting to access the email?

I am attempting to acces the email with both the mail app on iphone and xfinity, i tried on iphone at first and it said i needed the “IMAP” password associated with the account, it said online that it should be the account’s password but that is not the case. On xfinity when i click the email button, it redirects me to the support page and says that i require activation. I have not been using this account for emails, but i have accounts on multiple platforms that this email contains, so i mainly use it for login and login verifications

When was the last time you logged into the email? If not logged in for a certain period of time, it may become disabled, and we'd need to reactivate the mailbox(if you're an active customer still)

It has been quite some time since i logged in, maybe a year or two at the most? And yes i am an active customer, i am probably going to go to an xfinity store to see if they can help at all, but if there is anything you can do please do so, i would assume you would have to reactivate the mailbox

Gotcha, thank you so much for sharing that detail with us @StarrLight_! We would recommend reaching out to the Customer Security Assurance Team for further assistance with the email concerns. You can find their information here. Please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns, we are happy to help.
