My husband can not get into his email. The account is in my name. How do I get him back into it?

Hey there, @user_ub3kr0! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. Oh man, I am sorry to hear about your husbands email access, I know how important my email is, so I totally understand. 

 

How is your husband accessing his comcast.net email? Has he logged into the email recently or has it been sometime since he has attempted to access the email? Do you receive an error when attempting the email? Please let us know.

It tells him that he needs a new password.

Gotcha, thank you for clarifying that for us @user_ub3kr0! Can you follow the link here and select forgot password? It will then prompt through resetting the password. Once those steps have been completed, the email access should be restored.
