Email accessible on iPad but not phone

I use a web browser to access my Comcast email and it suddenly doesn’t work on my phone. I somehow got logged out on my phone and when I access connect.xfinity.com and am asked for my Xfinity ID, my email address is not recognized. I can not access support without an id and nothing works - not my name, my long term Comcast email addressed, or my phone number. I am still able to access it on my iPad but I’m afraid if I get logged out, all will be gone. Again, I am NOT using a third party app; I’m using a web browser.

Good afternoon @user_u283wl. Do you have access to a desktop or laptop? If you do, can you try logging into your email with that device?
