email access will not work

I have had no access to my email for the last 6 days. I am in a hospital and need to contact several doctors through what is called "My Chart" to make sure they are fully aware of my situation since i have developed a very rare cancer. Instead of simply telling that the email is not working i have spent hours upon hours going back and forth with the [Edit: Inflammatory] in so called tech support. Instead of resting after chemo sessions i have had to do that. It still does NOT work adn refuses my connection. It is not the hospital's wifi since i can watch netflix, get on facebook and even access a server where i used to work. I am sure can see my long long trail in your help chat logs. Maybe you should buy me and pay for my cell phone too! Tell them get rid of the phone and then they can buy a great desktop and afford the internet and maybe you can hire some qualified people to set up this streaming [Edited: language] . How could ever release it in such a [Edited: language] poor condition? I expect at east 3 free months unless it gets fixed by monday. Here is the message i get:
