Email access- post account creation limits

I have not had access to the desired email address for YEARS-  Previous requests for assistance have landed nowhere - I have a third party website account locked behind a @comcast.net email address that I no longer have access to - This account is still being charged via a subscription model. I would very desperately request access to this account, but after days of comms with comcast employees, no accounts can be made or accessed- Please help.

Hey there, chrisl01! Thanks for posting on our XFINITY Community Forum regarding your access to a previous email account. We understand it is vital to cancel your subscription that is linked to this email account. Since we have received a direct message from you, we will continue our conversation in direct message for further assistance.

@XfinityNatalie  @chrisl01

Direct messaging isn't allowed until an official employee asks you to do so; it's against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy to send anyone an unrequested DM/PM.  Also note, if you do send one without being asked to do so, it could possibly be ignored.

 Please post your issue in public in the proper forum so that it can be addressed either by other customers or by an Official Employee.
