Email access is failing on current versions of both Firefox and Chrome on my PC

After I successfully login I'm getting "Please Try Again Shortly
Something Went Wrong - Error 10A"

This may be related to this stupid "Norton Safe Web" [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"].  Something about SSLKEYLOG file IIRC

MrVXT, Thanks for reaching out. I can certainly understand how frustrating it is to successfully sign in only to be met with an Error 10A message afterward. You've come to the right team of experts to help over social media. As a next step, I'd recommend checking for any email filters or rules that may be affecting mailbox visibility, particularly if you're noticing missing messages. If the mailbox itself appears healthy, performing a Force Resync can often help refresh the connection and restore normal functionality. Please keep us posted on the results, and we'll be happy to continue troubleshooting with you if needed.

I open my email from Chrome using the online portal.  Explaining why this happens would be more helpful than just "clear cache and cookies" Clearing my cookies means that virtually every website I visit will make me jump through hoops to logon.

cirrus I appreciate you clarifying that for me. When you visit a webpage, certain information is stored to make loading the site easier when you visit in the future. When changes are made to the webpage, and you have outdated cookies loaded in your browser, you can encounter errors.

Do you have your usernames and passwords stored in your Password Manager? If so, they remain separate from temporary cached files unless you explicitly choose to delete them.
