Email access is failing on current versions of both Firefox and Chrome on my PC

After I successfully login I'm getting "Please Try Again Shortly
Something Went Wrong - Error 10A"

This may be related to this stupid "Norton Safe Web" [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"].  Something about SSLKEYLOG file IIRC

MrVXT, Thanks for reaching out. I can certainly understand how frustrating it is to successfully sign in only to be met with an Error 10A message afterward. You've come to the right team of experts to help over social media. As a next step, I'd recommend checking for any email filters or rules that may be affecting mailbox visibility, particularly if you're noticing missing messages. If the mailbox itself appears healthy, performing a Force Resync can often help refresh the connection and restore normal functionality. Please keep us posted on the results, and we'll be happy to continue troubleshooting with you if needed.

I forced the issue by clearing cache and cookies on Chrome, updated Chrome and "it's working" again.  With Firefox I disabled Norton Safe Web and that worked.  I checked Chrome and all the Norton extensions were enabled.  For now?  I guess it's working well enough.  I'll recheck Firefox after it's next update (which seems to happen hourly) to see if Norton has grabbed that again.  I'm still curious about SSLKEYLOG since that, initially, seemed to be the catalyst.

I was also seeing the "Error 10A" response on login" from chrome.
I deleted all the cookies for xfinity and comcast in the browser and that resolved the issue for me
