Email about Pay My Bill [Edited]

I was harassed by anem from Xfinity. Also goes by Abby. I did not give him my email so he used my account to send me thousands of the same email about pay my bill, which it was paid and a 0.00 balance. I called about internet not working. So this is harassment and I don’t feel safe.

user_dofp7t, hello there. I understand your concerns and how they could seem. We do not want our customers feeling like that. When you are stating you've received multiple emails regarding bill pay, were those from Comcast/Xfinity or their personal email address?

user_dofp7t Those are emails from our automated system, and not sure why anyone would keep sending them. Something we would like to look into though about the agents behavior, and service concern as well.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
