Email about Cancellation

I've received two emails about my services being canceled at my request however I did not request to cancel my services. What should I do?

I have the same issue - two emails indicating that my services will be disconnected on the 16th.  I have talked to customer service, and they claim that there is no disconnection order in play.  But given the experience I have had over the past two weeks, I fully expect to be on with Xfinity on 6/16 trying to get my internet restored.    Fingers crossed this does not occur!
