electronic payment

I have electronic withdrawal and your system did not withdraw.  I now have overdue and at least 3 sheets from your system stating different amounts owed.  Do you have a technically savvy person to fix your electronic withdraw, take the late fee off and reduce my service, while converting back to paper billing. Chase Bank assured me your withdrawal should have worked, but obviously it did not.
