Electrical issues

Yesterday around 12PM, electricity was lost at my house. I called center point and they came to verify/resolve the issue if possible.  At 8PM after they did their checks, they stated that there is a damage wire underground.  Xfinity has been in the process of installing new lines in my backyard for the past few weeks, so they recommended calling their electricians.  I called at 8PM and gave them all the information. They told me I should receive a call before 12PM the next day as it was after 3PM.  It is now 12PM with no call so I called back, they pulled up the ECM and now I'm supposed to get a call before 8PM, and have a techcian within 24 hours. So now I'm expected to wait 48 hours total to get power back to my house due to an Xfinity caused problem, and also pay Centerpoint for their $109 callout since it wasn't their issue? I'm not confident that I will get a call by 8PM because I still haven't received a call from last night's initial ticket creation.

Hello @cpieri27. We can take a closer look at this ticket created for you. Generally, that is the process we use to resolve these kinds of issues.
