Elected AutoPay and was Double Charged [Edited]

They run promotions to get you to sign up and DO NOT HONOR THEM!! [Edited: Inflammatory Language] elected auto pay and was charged DOUBLE (for the promotion they did NOT honor.

It takes an act of congress to speak to a live agent. Their chat is worthless. If they can't help you, they simply disconnect [Edited: Inflammatory Language]
