Thank you for reaching out to us @user_7bfff4! I can understand wanting higher quality closed captions. I personally use closed captions on everything, so I know what’s going on while watching TV on low volumes while my son is sleeping. Most closed captioning for programming including live, near-live, prerecorded, online, and Xfinity On Demand content is provided by the networks. Are you seeing this issue on live broadcasts for certain channels?
