[Edited] service!!!!!!!

I had my internet go out due to a lighting strike at 4:30 am and it took me till 10:00 am to finish up my second live agent. I had everything done and a service tech coming from 10-12 today. They first had me one coming three day later and I said no!!! So I then receive a text for confirmation for the three day out. I text x to cancel the first one. It canceled both days and times!!!! OMG!! Now I’m 🤬 finally repeat the process and get another live agent from India! That’s okay… just help me. After 30 more minutes and the same [Edited: "Language"] offers and what not, done! They nice you right into being patience because they know everyone is mad on every call. Now I get another text saying I’m on a wait list for TOMORROW and the original three days from now. Where [Edited: "Language"] did tomorrow come in that ?? Now I’m really upset’s!!!!! This is rediclous!!
