Hi there, user_j9znvp! I am sorry that your service has been offline for a week. That is never something we want to happen and understand it is frustrating to go through. The Xfinity app will run a scan for any area problems. If there are none you can further troubleshoot and schedule a visit if that is needed. Are you seeing an area interruption when you check the Xfinity app?
