[Edited: "Language"] Customer service

I have never had to deal with a customer service department as horrible as XFonity has become now. I have a issues with cell phone from a plan that the so called chatcagen set up for that included a cell phone to replace my hime phone. The phone never worked and had weeks of calling customer service and in person store visits to cancel the phone and return it. Not to even start with the change in internet and cable service that never took effect from the even worse chat system you ate directed to that started the whole process for a cell phen I did not even need that I was informed was 30 per month and ended up being 65 for a bill I received after canceling service. Horrible experience. Asked to speak with management after multiple 40-50 min calls with [Edited: "Language"] answers and promises made by the agents to get the issues resolved. The last call I asked to speak with management. I was placed on hold for the agent to get on the line and inform me that management stated they cannot help me and she would send a message for someone to call me. What [Edited: "Language"]. and informed her pf rhe multiple emails received form their so called customer experience teCam ti eb informed that they just followup on surveys and have to way to help resolve anything. What total [Edited: "Language"] and scheme this has all become with XFinity anymore. NEVER has a problem when it was just Comcast. Worse agent ever and no one ever offered to go back and listen to the agents and ALL of my multiple phone calls that I know for sure are recorded instead of placing the blame on the customer. Still to hear from management. 

Will be finding another service and canceling asap.
