[Edited: "Inflammatory"] in Xfinity chat

Your agent [Edited: "Personal Information"] repeatedly sent me links asking for my DOB and SSN promising me a “free IPad” once I verified my identity. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. His messages were full of typos and after I declined providing my SSN he disconnected the chat. If there were any other providers in my area, I would switch immediately. [Edited: "Inflammatory"] I will be sharing this experience with others and warning [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

After this experience it took me another 10min of repeating the word "representative" to your mobile automated service before I was finally connected to an actual person. This person was fantastic, Rose resolved my issue within minutes. There is no chance I will be voluntarily wasting any more time with your automated services via "Xfinity Support". I am happy to provide further information to an actual person.

Our team would like to forward your feedback to make sure this does not happen again @user_dllkzh. By typing “Xfinity Support” in the to line, you are not being connected to an automated service. That is the contact you need to select to have the direct message routed to our Corporate Digital and Social Media team here on our forums.
