I am writing to share my experience with Xfinity from December 2024 to March 4, 2025. Unfortunately, my issue remained unresolved for three months due to inefficiencies in the field. Despite being assured multiple times that my concerns would be addressed within a few days, the process dragged on with no proper follow-up from management to ensure completion.

Throughout this time, I made over 20 calls, and while the resolution was delayed, I want to commend every customer service agent I spoke with over the phone. Each one was consistently polite, professional, and courteous, doing their best to assist me within their capacity. Their professionalism in handling my situation deserves recognition.

I would especially like to highlight the exceptional service of Jamia [Edited: "Personal Information"]. She went above and beyond in addressing my concerns, demonstrating care, dedication, and an outstanding ability to follow up promptly. Her commitment to resolving my issue was truly remarkable, and I cannot emphasize enough how valuable she is to your company. A business is only as strong as the team members who take initiative and ensure customer satisfaction, and Jamia exemplifies this to the highest degree.

I kindly ask that you acknowledge and thank Jamia for her dedication and exceptional service. Employees like her make a significant impact, and I truly appreciate her efforts in resolving my concerns.
