[Edit] is this a legit number from Xfinity

Our internet service is down. We scheduled an appointment for a technician to come over. Then we get a call from [Edit: Phone number] and after identifying ourselves they don’t even know our address?

However, there are a lot of bad actors that spoof our numbers to try and obtain personal information from our members. If you suspect the call is fraudulent, please report it to our Customer Service Assurance Team.
