ebb success finally!! Try reapplying now!

Just wanted to shed some light on everyone with my similar issue. So right when this program rolled out ( Mid May? ) I immediately enrolled with both the FCC and Xfinity and just like everyone else I was approve right away with FCC but Xfinity kept denying my app. Reapplied about 4-5 time, spoke with a rep on the phone and also tried chatting with a Xfinity rep online and was told to wait for a call back but never got one. Before throwing in the towel and giving up on this I tried one last time resubmitting my app with Xfinity on 6/15, they def made some changes to the app where they now ask for dependent info (if used on the FCC app) tried my best to remember/made sure everything matched what I had inputted on the FCC app vs Xfinity app. I am relieved and excited to say that I finally received an APPROVAL email from Xfinity the very next day 6/16! Now I just have to wait for the new bill to make sure the credit shows up to be sure everything is all good. I don't normally write reviews/comments but I feel this may help others with my similar situation. Good luck and take care!

Although, I am sorry you had those initial issues getting through the application process. I'd love to take a look at your account and confirm things for you, to help give you some peace of mind.
