EBB Confusion? Are you kidding me? I feel exploited.

OK. No one available for the chat I sent. They don't understand? Or are not concerned because it doesn't count as a sale? Xfintiy is suckering EBB customers in by making them think that they have a $50 credit toward services. But if you are an Internet Essentials customer, and try to add any service, you get transfered to a full price customer. Seriuously? Done. I'm out. And reporting it to the Justice Department. Xfinity cannot claim system glitches for all these months. Come on. No one believes that. Your chiefs were present for every Washington briefing.  You are exploiting EBB customers. What? How much does Xfinity make on confusing Internet Essential customers, and EBB participants? And every one else that I am reading here. You want us to believe that Xfinity doesn't understand how to work it? No. Xfinity has worked a way to exploit us applicants and make more money off of us. Xfinity claims ignorance? Then charges us? Which we inturn, have to fight the bill, which we can't fight, because Xfinity knew the rules better than us poor people did. Shame on you. Xfinity should not be allowed to have any gains from EBB. How dare you.

Proof, signed into my account, I tried to add basic cable. I have Internet Essentials. The only offers to me were bundles with internet. $100 cheapest that were offered to me. But if I had done that, I would have been transfered out of Internet Essentials for good, and been charged mainstream. We have an extra $50 to spend, and Xfinity is targeting us because we trust our provider to act in our best interest. Unbelievable.
