Easement waiver Broward county

Who do I need to contact in Comcast to get an easement waiver signed? The City of Weston requires the form and the contact they provided at Comcast is not responding.

I have the form filled out; I just a signature from a Comcast authorized employee.

thanks

@user_fa7a76 That's an excellent question. Easement rights are a public utility right-of-way that helps Comcast maintain its equipment. In areas where Comcast has overhead cable lines, the space for the lines is rented from the public utility. If you’re concerned about the location or the condition of the pole, contact your public utility company. Any easement that may exist on any property is always noted on the title report for that property. The title report is provided to the property owner at the time of the purchase by the title company. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the response but it’s not what I need. City permits require homeowners to submit and easement waiver form from each one of the utilities serving the area within the homeowners’ property. In my case, Comcast runs fiber lines through my backyard and I need someone from Comcast to sign off the form.
