Easement vacation

Hi,

We are proposing to vacate a platted utility easement affecting an interior portion of our owned lot. We are in the design phase of replacing the failing septic system for our residence. In order for the septic field to be of correct size and shape the only economical area on the property falls on this unused utility easement.

I have completed a new survey with a new Legal Description already by a professional survey company. PDFs can be sent showing legal description. 811 has already located all utilities on the property and no facilities have been located in subject easement.

I believe i need to create a Direct Message to support. Please let me know my next steps.

Thank you for your assistance.

@bacampbell  Thanks for reaching out to us about your easement request. I would be more than happy to assist you today. I just need some clarification on whether we need to move our cable lines, install cable lines, or do something else.

@XfinityCarolyn hey Carolyn. There are no utilities located in the easement that needs vacated. So no utilities will need to be moved for this request. I have a platted drawing made by a surveyor that can show where the utilities are located.
