easement issues
There is an above ground cable wire on my property. This cable supplies only one customer with cable service through this cable. A tree fell on our property taking down the cable. A technician came and ran a ground wire to reconnect the cable. The tree has since been removed. Since there is no recorded easement on our property, this cable must be removed from our property. I called the Xfinity support line asking for the cable to be removed - ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I have had no contact from any Xfinity representative. Please contact me as soon as possible.
