EARLY TERMINATION FEES SCAM
I was force to use xfinity from bulding regulation to have internet inside the unit and like all rental agreemet duration is 1YEAR
After 1 Year I left the bulding and close the account with Xfinity, return the modem and specificaly asked if there is anything else to pay : answer NO
now after few month they keep sending me erarly termination fee as apparently the contract with them is 2y
the question i would love to have a replay is :
HOW YOU CAN HAVE 2Y CONTRACT WITH ANY BULDING IF THEIR CONTRACTS WITH RETNALTS ARE 1Y ONLY .....??????
In addition to this simple questions, how is possible that for 10 times that i've spoke with costumer service they are telling me that was en error and bill will be waved and at 11's call they told me that i have to pay ??
can you send me previous 10th converstaion which surly are registered?
